The men and youth teams are participating in the Gulf Cooperation Cooperation of Golf

Dubai, February 21 / WAM / The UAE golf teams participate in the 27th Gulf Cooperation Council championships, and youth under 18 years of age in its 16th edition in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The two championships will be held in Jeddah from February 23 to 27 at the “Royal Greens” stadium.
The UAE mission will be headed by Saudi Arabia, Major General “M”, Abdullah Al -Sayed Al -Hashemi, Vice President of the Federation, and the mission includes Khaled Mubarak Al Shamsi, Secretary -General of the Federation, and Moroccan coach Faisal Al -Sergini.
The men’s team list consists of 4 players: Ahmed Skik, Wissam Mawlani, Jonathan Silfaraj and Ryan Ahmed, while the list of youth includes 3 players: Abdullah Kalbat, Abdullah Salmin and Muhammad Jassim Thabet.

The two teams prepared for the two championships with internal and external camps, in addition to participating in many Arab and international competitions, which were imposed by the list participating in the two championships.

Major General “M” Abdullah Al -Sayed Al -Hashemi stressed that the Federation was keen to provide the ideal preparation for the players, and to support their participation in the foreign championships, to upgrade their levels and enhance their competitiveness to obtain the best results in external competitions, praising at the same time the perseverance of the players during the preparation period.
