المملكة: Saudi Media Forum .. Human Resources Initiatives have a wide interaction

Today, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development concluded its participation in the Saudi Media Forum 2025.
It continued for three days, and witnessed a remarkable presence by media experts and content makers.

The activities of the Saudi Media Forum

During its participation, the Ministry reviewed its most prominent media achievements and its communication strategy, in addition to providing many qualitative initiatives and programs that aim to enrich the media scene, keep pace with the rapid digital transformations, enhance societal awareness, and support the sustainability of these initiatives.
And the “Volunteering your experience” initiative, launched by the ministry, received a wide interaction from the forum’s pioneers, recording more than 1,200 minutes of professional volunteering in the media field.
With the participation of more than 20 leaders, advisers and media expert, they presented individual consulting sessions, during which they conveyed their professional experiences to the new media generation.

Saudi Media Forum

In the context of strengthening the professional qualification of the media sector, the Ministry provided thousands of visitors an opportunity to see accurate data on priority skills in the media field, through a pavilion for the “Skills surveys” initiative.
She stressed the importance of the initiative in developing the work environment, and directing training and educational programs in accordance with the actual needs of the media sector, in a way that contributes to the rehabilitation of national competencies and to secure more compatible job opportunities with the market requirements.

National Training Campaign “Promise”

The National Training Campaign, “Waad”, achieved remarkable success during the forum, by attracting more than 370 trainees in the media field, through its virtual training program, “The Basics of Media Evolution”, in which the participants obtained certified certificates after passing their requirements.
The “Waad” also organized two attendance workshops, the first focused on modern media skills, while the second dealt with the personal brand building strategies.

Besides, visitors had the opportunity to register in five specialized training courses in the media, in cooperation with a number of partner authorities in the media training sector.
Within its media strategy in the forum, the Ministry presented prominent media performance statistics, and the number of views on its various platforms exceeded 80 million views.

Developing national competencies in the media fields

While the number of followers of its official accounts reached more than 6 million, which reflects its success in achieving societal interaction, and consolidating transparency and effective communication with the public.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development stressed that its participation in the Saudi Media Forum 2025 comes within the framework of its continuous commitment to support the development of national competencies in the media fields, and to align skills with the needs of the labor market.
This contributes to achieving the targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, and enhances the professionalism and influence of the Saudi media locally and regional.
