The launch of the “manufacturers” exhibition activities in Al Ain and provide 500 job opportunities for national competencies

Al -Ain on February 22 / WAM / The activities of the “Manufacturers” of jobs, which provides more than 500 job opportunities for the Emirati competencies looking for work and registered on the “Nafs” platform. The exhibition is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati cadres competitive council, and the “ADNOC” group.
His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al -Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, composed the exhibition, which reviews the available job opportunities for the residents of Al Ain, as it aims to align expansion plans and future projects with the expected job needs during the next five years.
The jobs offered include several specializations targeting high school diplomas, diploma and bachelor’s degrees.
His Excellency Omar Al -Suwaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, stressed in an interview with the Emirates News Agency “WAM” that the exhibition comes within the Ministry’s strategy to enhance the contribution of the industrial sector to the gross domestic product, indicating that resettlement is a key axis in this strategy.
He explained that the ministry, in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the “Enforcement” program, and the private sector, focused on providing job opportunities for citizens in the various industrial fields, noting that the ministry is working to attract new investments while providing the possibilities that allow companies to create jobs and training and development programs for cadres Patriotism.
He added that the exhibition includes 23 participating companies, including 500 job opportunities in various specialties, and also confirmed that this version of the exhibition is held for the first time in Al Ain, provided that other courses are followed in the future.
In turn, His Excellency Salama Al -Awadi, Assistant Undersecretary for the Industrial Development Sector at the Ministry of Industry, explained in a meeting with the Emirates News Agency “WAM” that the goal of organizing the exhibition is to enable the Emirati cadres to work in the industrial sector, noting that some participating companies are conducting immediate interviews that end With employment directly, while the rest of the jobs are followed up by the ministry until all the 500 opportunities are occupied, which include various specializations for certificates holders High school, diploma, and bachelor.

He pointed out that “the exhibition constitutes an integrated platform to link job seekers with the participating companies through immediate interviews, which guarantees a more effective and efficient employment process, and also allows the signing of work contracts directly during the event.” .
Fulayhi stressed that ADNOC, through its strategic partnerships with the governmental and private sectors, aims to provide more opportunities for Emirati citizens, and to ensure their effective participation in the growth of the national economy and that the ADNOC program to promote national content has succeeded, since its launch in 2018, to provide 17,000 job opportunities for Emirati talents In the private sector, which reflects the company’s commitment to contribute to achieving sustainable economic growth and developing national cadres.
He pointed out that “the ADNOC strategy to enable local talents includes giving priority to resettlement in the main contracts, and organizing effective employment exhibitions to facilitate the integration of Emiratis into the private sector and enhance their participation in the labor market.”
