Understanding "Emirati journalists" and"The Arab Network for Creativity" To enhance media cooperation

Dubai, February 26/ WAM/ The UAE Journalists Association and the Arab Network for Creativity and Innovation, today a memorandum of understanding, signed a memorandum of understanding, with the aim of consolidating joint cooperation in the media fields and supporting awareness initiatives.
The memo was signed by the Arab Network for Creativity and Innovation, Sheikh Faisal bin Saud Al Qasimi, Supreme Chair of the Network, as signed by the UAE Journalists Association, Fadila Al -Muaini, Chairman of the Board of Directors, in the presence of Hassan Omran Al Shamsi, member of the association’s board of directors.
The memo aims to develop the partnership between the two parties in the areas of creativity and media innovation, and the implementation of joint media programs, in addition to enhancing cooperation in the field of scientific research, training and workshops.
Cooperation also includes the production of awareness -raising media content that reflects the Emirati cultural values, and to participate in the various events organized by the two parties.
The memorandum provides for cooperation for a period of three years, renewable, with periodic meetings to follow up the implementation of joint initiatives and evaluate their impact.
Sheikh Faisal bin Saud Al Qasimi stressed the importance of cooperation with the UAE Journalists Association in supporting the media innovation environment, noting that the media is a major tributary for innovation, and through this memo the network will work with the association to develop initiatives and programs that enhance media creativity and provide a platform for creators in this field.
For its part, Fadila Al -Muaini said that cooperation with the Arab Network for Creativity and Innovation comes within the efforts of the Association of Journalists to enhance the role of the media in supporting innovation, adopting national initiatives, and qualifying a young generation capable of facing challenges in the media sector.
She affirmed the association’s keenness to build strategic partnerships that contribute to developing the media scene, supporting media competencies, and providing opportunities to enhance their skills through training and development programs in the association, noting that cooperation with active institutions achieves the common goals to create an innovative environment that keeps pace with the state’s achievements.
