A corner kick, “Punishment”, the goalkeeper guards of the time

The UN Football Association (Evab) has approved a change in the rules by calculating a corner kick for the goalkeeper who keep the ball for more than eight seconds. The current rules stipulate that goalkeepers who keep the ball for more than six seconds will be held against them, an indirect free kick, but this decision was ignored by the referees most of the time.
A number of competitions this season witnessed an experience that allows the goalkeepers to keep the ball for eight seconds, as the referee refers to the last five seconds by raising his hand.
The UN Council said in a statement, after its annual meeting in Belfast: “The amendment means that if the goalkeeper keeps the ball for more than eight seconds (with the referee using the clearly visible countdown for five seconds), the referee will give a corner kick to the opposing team (instead of the current free kick for more than six seconds).”
The International Council also supported the International Federation’s plan (FIFA), to put the referees for cameras during the World Cup next year, as part of the direct transfer of matches.
• “Stadium Judges” will wear direct transportation cameras for matches during the World Cup next year.
