The Football Association announces the mechanism of the participation of the Emirates clubs in the Asian Championships
Abu Dhabi, March 2 / WAM / The Emirates Football Association announced today the mechanism of the participation of Emirati clubs in the AFC championships for the next season.
The Emirati clubs participate in the AFC Champions League through two direct seats, and half a seat through the supplement.
The direct seat of the ADNOC Professional League champion includes the 2024-2025 season, and the other for the His Highness the President of the State for the same season, while the ADNOC Professional League runner -up will participate in the same season as well.
With regard to the AFC Champions League 2, Emirates clubs won one seat for the third ADNOC Professional League for the 2024-2025 season.
The Emirates Football Association confirmed that if the league champion is the champion of His Highness the President of the State, the direct seat is granted to the ADNOC Professional League, and the seat of the supplement is granted to the third ADNOC for professionals, and the direct attaché of the AFC Champions League 2, to the fourth place in the ADNOC Professional League.
