The Ramadan Hatta course starts today with 10 games

Today, the third edition of the “Hatta Ramadan course”, the largest sporting event in the Hatta region, which is held with the support of the Supreme Committee to supervise the development of the Hatta region, is organized by the Dubai Sports Council, and the collective games company in the Hatta Sports Social Sports Club, and it is held annually in the holy month of Ramadan, and witnesses wide participation of athletes and a great public turnout, and will continue until March 22.

The course, which comes within the framework of the “Ramadan in Dubai” campaign, includes organizing 10 sports games: football for halls, men’s volleyball, women’s volleyball, beach volleyball men, electronic games championship, running race, walking march for senior citizens, weightlifting championship, women’s feather championship, in addition to rope tightening competitions.

The course supports the goals of the “Year of Society”, with sport and its local competitions as a vital platform that contributes to promoting societal cohesion, and consolidating positive values, by developing concepts of teamwork and mutual respect, and motivating the adoption of sporting spirit, as well as what these competitions constitute as a motivation to follow a healthy and active lifestyle, while it also represents a valuable opportunity to interact between society groups, What motivates building and consolidating bridges of communication, and enhancing societies’ opportunities to achieve their targets for the future of comprehensive and sustainable development.

The Ramadan session will witness this year to organize various societal events in confirmation of the societal dimension of the event, and will be held on a daily basis, and includes competitions for young and girls, and distributing prizes to the public, which represents one of the most important elements of the success of any championship, in addition to organizing the activities of producing families in the stores area to support the region’s youth and their projects and the various products they offer.

Football competitions, men’s plane, beach plane, electronic games and weightlifting are held in the Hatta Sports Club, while the plane competitions for women and feather for women will be held in the community development authority in Hatta, and the walking march will be organized for senior citizens in the sustainable waterfalls, in the context of keenness to motivate this important societal category to exercise for better health. The organized committee ended all preparations for the launch of the activities of the new session, which is sponsored by the “Shafar Investment” company, in cooperation with the Dubai Police and the Roads and Communications Authority.
