A statement from the European Union on Alvarez penalty kick

The European Football Association “UEFA” confirmed that Argentine Julian Alvarez, Atletico Madrid player, touched the ball twice in the penalty kick by Polish referee Simon Mariniak at the request of the assistant video ruling (VarIn the second leg of the Champions League round 16, in which the “Atleti” left by Real Madrid.
