Security Council members condemn a terrorist attack on a train in Pakistan

In a press release, members of the council said that this heinous terrorist act led to a heavy loss of at least 25 Pakistani citizens. They stated that the Balosstan Liberation Army claimed that the attack was committed by the Majeed Brigade.
The members of the Security Council expressed their sincere condolences and condolences to the families of the victims, the government and the people of Pakistan. They wished a speedy and complete recovery for the injured.
In their statement, the members affirmed that terrorism in all its forms and images represents one of the most dangerous threats to international peace and security. They stressed the need to hold the perpetrators, organizers, financiers and supporters of these heinous terrorist acts and bring them to justice.
The members of the Council urged all countries, in line with their obligations under international law and the relevant council decisions, to cooperate effectively with the government of Pakistan in this regard.
The members reaffirmed that any terrorist acts are criminal and unjustified acts, regardless of their motives, place, timing, or identity of their perpetrators.
They stressed the need to fight all countries, in line with United Nations Charter International law, threats to international peace and security resulting from terrorist acts.
