Its members, with the aim of establishing startups, conducting scientific research, completing development operations, and preparing infrastructure with the necessary technological equipment to ensure performance efficiency, in addition to management and coordination between different parties to achieve the maximum possible benefit. Each coalition is acceptable to a three -year accreditation, during which it benefits from the financing and services provided by the initiative, and obtains a total financing ranging between 90 to 150 million pounds, at an annual rate ranging between 25 to 60 million pounds, which is spent in the form of grants and investments, in partnership with the coalition. Several workshops will also be implemented on designing a sustainable environmental system for innovation, investment in relative advantages, and steps to accelerate regional entrepreneurship, while providing consulting teams for every alliance. For the alliance, including defining the purpose of the coalition by defining the targeted sector or sectors, and defining clear goals for the economic development of the coalition members, its workplace and its community. These goals include: attracting investments within the scope of the coalition work, creating high -value job opportunities, increasing the volume of exports to coalition companies, providing structures for financing and investment, developing facilities to support the establishment of companies and attracting entrepreneurs, such as: incubators, joint work spaces, and establishing partnerships between research authorities and industrial community to produce products and competitive services locally and regional International.
