“Al -Faris Al -Shaham 3” completes 500 days of the continuous humanitarian giving to support the Palestinian people (video)

The “Al -Faris 3” operation completed 500 days of continuous giving, as part of the ongoing humanitarian efforts to support the brothers in the Gaza Strip, as part of the “Al -Faris 3” operation, which the UAE launched to support the brothers in Gaza, where the state continues to provide urgent humanitarian aid to support the affected.
The total aid provided during this period amounted to more than 65,000 tons of food, medical and relief items, at a value of more than $ 1.2 billion, which were delivered through various air, land and sea means to ensure support for those in need as soon as possible.

Within the framework of the “Al -Faris 3” operation, the UAE has established many initiatives that included the establishment of the first field hospitals in the Gaza Strip dealing with 51,853 cases, providing integrated treatment services, the second is a floating hospital off the coast of the city of Al -Arish dealing with 10370 cases .. The health system was also strengthened with 17 ambulances equipped with the latest equipment and local hospitals were supported with 1200 tons of equipment and Medical supplies.

In the context of efforts to secure the basic needs, 6 desalination plants that produce two million gallons were created daily to be pumped into the Gaza Strip, to provide pure drinking water for the affected people, in addition to 12 water tanks to ensure water supply for medical facilities and camps..and also 21 field bakeries were operated to produce bread daily, in addition to 50 charitable measures that work to provide hot meals daily for affected families.

The management of the air bridge to send aid was an essential component in the process, as 594 flights carried thousands of tons of aid were carried out … “Birds of Goodness”, which are air projection operations, were carried out to the delivery of 3,700 tons, through 53 projection operations to isolated areas that do not reach aid in the Gaza Strip.

On the wild roads, the number of aid trucks that entered the sector within the operation of the “Al -Shahham 3” operation reached 3,495 trucks loaded with humanitarian aid that include foodstuffs, relief parcels, shelter tents, and other necessary needs. While 14 ships, 7 ships across Al -Arish and 7 other ships across Cyprus, reached to ensure the flow of supplies across various ports.

The sending of relief aid comes by sea, righteousness and air, embodying the UAE’s historic commitment to support the Palestinian people, as it does not hesitate to provide all forms of humanitarian support to the Palestinian brothers.
