Secure leadership

Al -Mojil stressed that the month of Ramadan is among the months that record the highest number of traffic accidents, based on the analysis of traffic safety indicators and the number of accidents and the consequent deaths and injuries over the course of ten years, calling on drivers to have positive behaviors, especially at peak time, adding: “It is assumed that the spirituality of the month of Ramadan reflects positively on the behavior of drivers.”

The “acceleration” gave advice to reduce the risk of driving in Ramadan, including avoiding driving for long distances, especially at hot times, avoiding driving immediately after breakfast, and deep breathing to get rid of stress.
For his part, the psychologist, Faisal Al -Ajyan, warned that the psychological and physical changes that occur to the fasting people, in addition to negative habits, increase the risk of accidents, recommending the necessity of organizing bedtime, eating healthy meals, avoiding driving at peak times, taking regular rest periods and maintaining the moisture of the body.
Al -Ajyan stressed the importance of responsibility and awareness while driving in Ramadan, noting that the change of behavioral habits during the holy month, from the pattern of sleep, vigil and different meals, leads to the diversity of injuries, and includes patients and healthy people, and advised those with diseases to see a doctor to determine the possibility of fasting.
