Determine the date and mechanism for paying the performance reward for the employees of the Dubai government

The Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government stated that a specific mechanism has been prepared to spend the performance bonus adopted by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, based on the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him.

The department confirmed to “Emirates Today” that the mechanism is based on the disbursement of rewards based on the result of the performance of employees for the year 2024 for all civil employees in government agencies subject to the provisions of the Human Resources Law of the Dubai government and some of the bodies covered in the provisions of this decision.

The Human Resources Department pointed out that the reward will be disbursed to the employees who have a evaluation that meets the expectations or the highest and according to the levels.
