" Fujairah Environment Authority" Earth watch
Fujairah, March 23 / WAM / The Fujairah Environment Authority, in the clock of the Earth, in cooperation with the municipalities of Fujairah and Dibba Al -Fujairah, celebrated the lights of 13 main streets in the emirate for an hour with the aim of reducing the carbon fingerprint.
The authority launched an expanded campaign through social media platforms, which was very popular, during which it called on all groups of society to participate in the Earth Hour event from their sites and participated in many governmental and private institutions and hotels in Fujairah on this occasion.
On the other hand, the authority organized, in cooperation with the UAE voluntary association, and with the participation of the public, the effectiveness of the Fujairah Corniche witnessed the lighting of candles with the number “60 +”, which symbolizes extinguishing the lights and unnecessary devices for an hour or more to preserve the planet.
