The Minister of Military Production receives the Armenian ambassador to discuss aspects of cooperation in the areas of military and civil industrialization

Eng. Mohamed Salah El Din Mustafa, Minister of State for Military Production, received Mr. Armen Sarkissian, Ambassador of the Armenian Republic of Egypt, this came at the General Court of the Ministry of Military Production in the government district in the new administrative capital. He takes over the position, wishing him success and payment in his new mission, pointing out that this meeting aims to discuss the aspects of joint cooperation proposed in the areas of military and civil industrialization, stressing the strong and historically extended cooperation relations & nbsp; between Egypt and Armenia, which witnessed a remarkable development during the current period, with the support of the political leadership in the two countries, which was evident through President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi’s visit to the State of Armenia In January 2023 and the visit of the Prime Minister of Armenia to Egypt last March to discuss aspects of bilateral cooperation in various fields. During the meeting, by reviewing the capabilities of the ministry in the field of military industrialization, stressing that the main role of the Ministry is to meet the demands of the armed forces and the police of weapons, equipment and ammunition, and the surplus of productive energies in the companies affiliated with the Ministry to manufacture civil products with high quality and competitive prices, and participate in the implementation of national and development projects in the country, explaining that the strategy of work in the Ministry of Military Production adopts On openness and cooperation with all international companies operating in similar fields, with the aim of identifying the latest manufacturing technologies and working to localize them within companies and units affiliated with war production, expressing the Ministry’s welcome to cooperation with Armenian companies in various fields. Pointing to the interest of the Armenian side in cooperation with the Egyptian side, especially the military production companies in light of its distinctive manufacturing and technical capabilities and its vital and effective role in deepening and localizing modern technologies in various areas of production and as one of the most important industrial arms in Egypt, pointing to the importance of exchanging visits to specialists and technical delegations between the two sides to determine the technological and industrial capabilities of both parties Determining the topics of joint cooperation in the various fields of manufacturing accurately, adding that these visits are a fertile field for holding fruitful strategic partnerships, especially in light of the strong cooperative friendship between Egypt and Armenia.
