With text and electronic messages .. Schools generalize the control controls for the third semester

Governmental and private schools have announced the instructions and controls of the return of students and teaching, technical and administrative bodies for the third semester, which is the last stations of the current academic year 2024-2025, where it is scheduled to start next Monday, April 14th, for students in all education sessions.

According to the instructions and controls that school departments circulated to students and parents via e -mail and text messages, and were seen by “Emirates Today”, the working hours remain present for all students, with a full commitment to the official national dress and the sporting school uniform in physical education classes only, stressing the prevention of wearing “Al -Hudi” or any uncomfortable costume.

The academic working hours are determined by the class system, as it starts from 7:00 in the morning and lasts until 2:10 pm from Monday to Thursday, while the day ends on Friday at 10:30 in the morning after the fourth session, while Friday remains a weekly vacation in the schools of the emirate.

The departments stressed the importance of adhering to personal appearance and general hygiene, including cutting hair and not using strange styles, with the prohibition of using mobile phones or any unauthorized electronic devices inside the school, where they will be confiscated and applied the procedures approved according to the behavior list.

School departments called on parents to adhere to the use of one means of transportation for their children, whether the school bus or the private car, taking into account the descent sites and the specified times, as special entry and exit gates for each area were identified to ensure the flow of movement and organize the traffic process in front of schools.

The directives indicated the need to bring the school tools and the computer (ministerial or personal) completely charged, with an emphasis on the prohibition of the use of iPad devices completely, and the schools drew to the establishment of the noon prayer in the second space, with allocating specific places to perform the prayer.

The departments indicated that any unjustified absence will be monitored in each class, and the absence in three classes is an absence for a full day, warning of the consequences of this on the behavioral record of students, explaining that the parents’ visit to the school requires adherence to the uniform, highlighting the national identity, and registering data upon reception.

School departments confirmed their readiness to receive the crowds of students in the first days of study in the third semester, amid extensive preparations and organizational instructions aimed at achieving a disciplined, safe and appropriate educational environment for students.
