Sharjah coach, Cosmin Olaario, said that his team will fight against its Saudi Al-Taawun guest scheduled for Tuesday at the Sharjah Stadium in the second leg of the AFC Champions League for the final, in order to reach the final match, although the team had lost the first leg in Saudi Arabia with a clean goal.
“I expect the match to be difficult to be in front of a team that has experience and football awareness and includes good players, but we are ready to fight and we will give everything we have in this match,” Kozmin added during the current press conference for the match that was held on Monday in Sharjah Club.
“The team’s performance was somewhat good in the first leg, but some things must be added in the second leg in order to be able to win, and qualify for the next stage, with the help of everyone and the fans who want to qualify Sharjah Club, we hope that we will succeed and qualify for the overturned stage, and I invite everyone in the Emirates to be present to support the team and everyone in Sharjah has determination and will to play this match.”
He continued, “The strength of the cooperation team in the midfield, they have the ability to keep the ball, recycle the ball, and rely on the rebounds that have benefited them in the last match, and they have two players in the wings who have individual skills, and they perform quickly, and the team has a balance in all lines.”
He continued, “Sharjah’s performance was good in the first match, but an additional effort must be made to qualify, and Sharjah Club from a technical staff, players and ready management, and we are all determined to qualify, and we will offer the maximum thing we have.”
He pointed out that the matches that play the way the defeated should be practiced by the team on the penalty kicks, and they depend on the success and the coldness of the nerves of the player, as well as information that reaches the goalkeepers to prepare.
