The decision will be applied in three stages, which targets 41 leadership and specialized professions, the most prominent of which are (hotel manager, hotel operations director, hotel control director, travel agency director, planning and development director, tourist development specialist, tourist guidance specialist, tourist organizer, hotel specialist, site guide, purchasing specialist, sales specialist, hotel receptionist)
The first stage starts from 04/24/2426 AD, while the second stage begins from 01/01/10 AD, while the third and final stage begins from 01/01/28/01, and this decision applies to all tourism facilities in the private sector.
Details of the required decision and professions
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development issued a procedural guide explaining the details of the decision, professions and proportions required on its website; To inform the employers and establishments of the mechanism for calculating the Emiratisation and the penalties stipulated in the right of the violators.
It is noteworthy that this decision comes as a continuation of the efforts of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, which aims to raise the levels of professions to achieve the targets of the labor market strategy in supporting national competencies and increasing their job opportunities in various sectors.
