Sharjah on April 23 / WAM / The Central Finance Department of Sharjah launched the virtual assistant “SHJ3”, which is a leading step in the digital transformation of the financial systems in the emirate.

The smart platform supported by artificial intelligence technology aims to provide effective and safe achievement and support services for individuals and companies through multiple “collection” channels, which enhances facilitating procedures and providing time and effort for customers.

The inauguration came during an official ceremony held today at the department’s headquarters in the presence of Sheikh Rashid bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Director of the Central Finance Department, and Hoda Al Yassi, Director of the Department of the Financial System in the Department.

Sheikh Rashid bin Saqr Al Qasimi affirmed that the launch of the virtual assistant “SHJ3” reflects the future vision of the department in developing a smart financial environment that depends on the latest technologies of artificial intelligence, in a way that contributes to simplifying procedures, reducing the time of completion of transactions, and enhancing transparency in government services.

He pointed out that this step represents a pioneering addition to the system of digital transformation in the emirate, and its position as one of the distinguished cities in adopting advanced digital solutions, explaining that the new platform will open wide horizons for improving the experience of customers, and achieving greater integration between financial systems and smart services, in order to enhance the quality of performance and advance the level of institutional efficiency.

Sheikh Rashid bin Saqr Al Qasimi pointed out that the choice of the name “SHJ3” for the platform comes as an embodiment of the digital identity of the Emirate of Sharjah, and “SHJ” symbolizes Sharjah, while the number “3” reflects the strategic dimensions of the economic and geographical status of the emirate, as Sharjah embraces three main naval ports, and constitutes about 3.3% of the total area of ​​the UAE, which highlights its growing role as a center Vital economically at the state and the region, and this name is strengthened, the department is directed towards linking smart services to the institutional identity and realistic data of the emirate.

For its part, Hoda Al -Yassi said that the “SHJ3” platform is a qualitative shift in providing financial services that have been developed to provide an integrated digital experience based on artificial intelligence and operational flexibility, ensuring that the aspirations of customers from different segments.
