Mohammed bin Rashid Library participates in the 34th session of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair

Dubai, April 25 / WAM / The Mohammed bin Rashid Library participates in the 34th session of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, which will start tomorrow at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center and will continue until May 5, with a busy program of various cultural and intellectual events, including dialogue sessions, workshops, poetry evenings and interactive competitions.

The library reviews through its pavilion its most prominent initiatives, facilities and services, including the restoration center, the membership system, and the ammunition exhibition, which includes more than 300 rare pieces of manuscripts, wages and old books, and also allows visitors to identify its publications from research messages and international translated novels.

Dr. Mohammed Salem Al Mazrouei, a member of the Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library Foundation, said that participation embodies our vision in converting knowledge into a bridge between the past and the present, and reflects our commitment to support the cultural scene and enable generations to build a future based on innovation.

During the exhibition, the library is organizing qualitative sessions, most notably “post -reading”, “translation in the digital age”, and “libraries and artificial intelligence”, along with signing sessions written by young writers, and two poetic evenings with the participation of a group of Arab poets.

The library also offers daily cognitive competitions to enhance interaction with the public, as part of its keenness to integrate entertainment with learning, and stimulate the love of reading in different age groups.
