Ras Al Khaimah Police launches an initiative "Happy customer day"
Ras Al -Khaimah, April 27 / WAM / The General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police, represented by the Comprehensive Dcanda Police Station, launched the “Happy Dealers Day” initiative with the aim of spreading the culture of happiness of customers, and applying the standards of the global stars system to classify services, by creating interactive activities that put the customer at the heart of attention.
The launch was attended by Colonel Ali Rashid Al -Salhdi, head of the Dqaladah Police Center, head of the strategic link axis, and Major Dr. Rashid Obaid Al -Baghham Al -Naqbi, Director of the Guard Branch, Head of the Customer Experience Axis.
The head of the Dqaladah Police Station said that the initiative aims to promote digital transformation initiatives and highlight the police’s commitment to the direction of the Emirates government, to provide services that exceed expectations and enhance the satisfaction of customers in the short and long term, in order to embody the interaction and positive communication with society.
The “Happy Customer Day” initiative includes many activities, awareness and introductory workshops for customers about the center’s services, and the mechanism of using digital platforms, educating them about the terms of the UAE government’s promise to the future services, and their participation in providing services in a friendly manner to improve the relationship between the institution and the public and thus ensure improving the institutional reputation with the positive impression.
