Mansour bin Mohammed visits an exhibition "Arab Travel Market 2025"

Dubai, April 30 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the National Olympic Committee, visited today the Arab Travel Market Exhibition 2025, whose work will be concluded tomorrow, Thursday, at the Dubai World Trade Center, after an extraordinary session and with record participation that included about 2,800 exhibitors from 161 countries, while the total number of visitors is expected to reach the conclusion of the most prominent event of its kind in the region to about 55 thousand visitors.
His Highness stopped during the visit, at the most prominent participating platforms, whether local or international, and he lost a number of international wings that included national and international bodies, and the most important and most famous names in the field of tourism and travel in the world, from travel agents, airlines and international hotels and resorts chains, tourist destination management companies, technology developers supporting the tourism and travel sector, flight organizers, and other complementary services During the installation of one of the most important economic sectors in the world.
His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum was keen to see the latest solutions provided by the leading airlines participating in the event, led by Emirates Airlines, federation, Saudi aviation, as well as Kuwaiti aviation, where he continued an explanation about the development that affected the aviation sector, whether in terms of technology or equipment, as well as services that integrate among them to ensure the satisfaction of travelers.
Also, His Highness visited the wing of the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, as he seen what the department is proposing through the event to introduce the advanced tourism capabilities that the emirate has distinguished as a favorite tourist destination for visitors from around the world, whose number in the year 2024 reached about 18.7 million visitors, confirming the growing position of Dubai on the global tourism map, while the visit included inspection Dubai Police platform, where His Highness continued an explanation about its strategy aimed at contributing to promoting the quality of life in the emirate, and its latest services and innovations in the tourism security sector, and the services it provides aimed at ensuring the highest levels of security and comfort for travelers and visitors.
His Highness’s stops in the exhibition included the Abu Dhabi Emirate and the Foundation of the Emirate of Sharjah, where His Highness expressed his appreciation for the development and continuous growth of the national participation in the Arab travel market, and continuous growth of the elements of attractions provided by the UAE and enhances its attractiveness to the international visitor, through the diversity and integration of the options provided along the emirates of the state.
His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum was accompanied during the visit, His Excellency Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Murri, Director General of the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, and His Excellency Essam Kazem, Executive Director of the Dubai Tourism and Trade Marketing Foundation, affiliated to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
It is noteworthy that this session of the Arab Travel Market Exhibition 2025 held under the slogan “Global Travel: Developing Future Tourism by promoting communication”, witnessed a significant increase in the number of international posts, as the number of exhibitors participating from Asia increased by 20%, and the participants from the Middle East achieved an increase of 15%, while European posts increased by more than 12%compared to the past session.
The Arab Travel Market Exhibition 2025 will be held in partnership with the Dubai World Trade Center and its strategic partners: Dubai Tourism, destination partner, and Emirates Airlines as the official aviation partner, IHG hotels and resorts as the official hotel partner, and the Rayes Travel Company as the official partner of the management of tourist destinations.
