المملكة: “Education” reveals the nomination criteria for new educational jobs

The Ministry of Education confirmed that the years of experience gained in practicing the education profession within the private sector, as well as the training courses obtained by the applicants, are not included in the comparison elements used in the nomination process for the new educational jobs, which were recently completed.
The Ministry stressed the need for each candidate to adhere to the date specified for the following stages of the nomination process, stressing that the failure to attend at the time scheduled will be explained as an elimination of the desire to obtain the job, in line with the ministry’s policy related to the seriousness of the search for work.

Nomination standards for new educational jobs

The ministry indicated the nomination of two competitors for each job available in the initial stage.
She indicated that the final comparison between candidates in the second stage will be conducted through the unified national employment platform “Jadara”, based on specific criteria set carefully to ensure the selection of the best qualifications qualified to fill the education profession.
The ministry confirmed that the official means of communication with the candidates will be through SMS, which will be sent to the mobile phone numbers registered by them in their data on the “Jadara” platform.

Developing educational cadres

This announcement comes within the framework of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to develop educational cadres, which earlier included the launch of the “Frames” program.
This program aims mainly to improve and develop the procedures and operations of transferring teachers between schools and educational departments, in addition to meeting the need in educational jobs at all levels, whether at the level of the Ministry’s office, various education departments, or schools, as well as governmental education institutes and programs.
The “Opportunities” program provides a platform for applying for a variety of specific functional opportunities, which are not limited to teachers’ jobs, but also include school and supervisory formations.

Supporting and promoting job stability

The program is expected to contribute to supporting and promoting job stability for male and female teachers, which is a major factor in improving the quality of educational outcomes in schools and education departments.
The program targets all the Ministry’s employees who meet the conditions that have been announced in advance, while allowing the appointed employees.
This is according to the system of regulating contracts to apply for the opportunities available within the scope of the education department in which they work, on a basic condition, which is to obtain an evaluation of a functional performance for the former academic years.
