Recently, the Labor Law, which guarantees a fair and safe work environment, controls the relationship between workers and business owners, and ensures job stability for them & nbsp; Where the law was approved & nbsp; Protecting the worker from arbitrary dismissal, setting strict controls to end the work relationship, prevents the unjustified separation, and the law obligated employers to document work contracts to ensure the rights of both parties, whether in the private or informal sector, & nbsp; The Labor Law also supported women working to protect their rights such as vacations of situation, breastfeeding hours, and prevent discrimination or dismissal due to marriage or pregnancy. The leader of the National Front Party stressed that his party puts workers ’issues at the forefront of his priorities, and works in coordination with the professional unions to defend their rights and provide the necessary support for them in all sectors.
