Union Party on Labor Day: The Egyptian worker is the pillar of development and the new work law is a victory for its rights

& nbsp; The Union Party, headed by Counselor Reda Saqr, congratulated Egypt’s workers on their day, this day when we celebrate the Deanship of Development and the Base of Production, who have been easier throughout history, the most wonderful models of struggle and dedication to building and raising the country. The party stressed – in a statement today – that the Egyptian state, led by President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, attaches great importance to workers and their rights, and this was clearly evident in the new labor law, which represents a great step towards achieving a balance between workers ’rights and duties, and ensures a safe and stable work environment, which enhances production and preserves human dignity. He stated that the new law came in response to the aspirations of the Egyptian worker, in terms of organizing the relationship between the worker and the employer, and providing fair guarantees in the event of an end to the service, as well as extending the umbrella of social protection for irregular employment, which is compatible with the state’s vision in achieving social justice and comprehensive development. The Union Party renewed its full support for all initiatives that are in the interest of the working class, and calls for a permanent societal dialogue on the mechanisms of implementing the law and ensuring its stability, in order to achieve reassurance and justice to all parties. The statement concluded: Every year, the workers of Egypt are fine, and Egypt is fine, and we are all on the path of construction and production.
