We are proud of the Emirati cadres working in the private sector and its effective contribution to the leadership of the state

Dr. Abdul Rahman Al -Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, affirmed the pride in the Emirati cadres working in the private sector and its effective contributions to the leadership and competitiveness of the state from their various job sites in this sector, which is considered a partner of the government in enhancing the competitiveness and empowerment of citizens in the labor market.

This came during a visit to Al -Awar, accompanied by a number of ministry’s leaders to the American James Dubai Academy, where he met with more than 80 citizens from more than 790 citizens working for 44 facilities affiliated with the James Education Group, in the presence of Dino Farki, CEO of the Foundation, Jay Farki, Executive Vice President and Fatima Al Shamsi, head of resettlement in the James Education Group. And that is within the framework of the busy and varied program launched by the Ministry to celebrate the workforce on the occasion of the “World Workers Day”.

Al -Awar emphasized the keenness on permanent communication with citizens working in the private sector and listening to their observations and views and seeing their job experiences and overcoming the difficulties they face, in a way that contributes to enhancing their stability and job development, in parallel with the enhancement of partnership with committed and interacting companies with the targets of resettlement, especially by visiting their headquarters and lighting on its responsible role in supporting government initiatives and achieving the vision of the UAE. And its ambitious orientations and careers for the future.

Al -Awar called on the citizens who met them to the importance of continuing to develop their skills and show a spirit of giving and initiative in their various job sites, and during the visit he reviewed the company’s training and employment programs, valuing its efforts in providing the stable work environment and its commitment to resettlement.

Al -Awar explained that the private education sector falls within the main priority sectors in the resettlement process, indicating that the resettlement march in the private sector is steadily moving towards achieving the targets, in light of the follow -up and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Presidency Bureau, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Competitiveness of the UAE cadres.

Al -Awah praised the commitment of the James Group for Education in achieving the targets of resettlement, and its keenness to provide an attractive and stimulating work environment for creativity and excellence.

It was emphasized during the meeting of the school officials at the school’s importance, the role of the citizen staff, its competitiveness in the educational sector, the added value it achieves for the sector by supporting the innovation process and its ability to absorb modern educational requirements related to the future economy, in light of its readiness, the level of leading rehabilitation of academic institutions and universities in the country, and the “Nafs” program.

For his part, Sunny Farki, founder and chairman of the James Education Group, affirmed the group’s commitment to support the resettlement strategy in the private sector, by continuing to implement the policies and targets of Emiratization in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, pointing to the positive contributions of citizens in the group and the education sector in the state in general.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, seeks to create effective partnerships between private sector facilities, and specifically the pioneer in the fields of education, with higher education institutions in the country, with the aim of developing academic programs to qualify a new generation of Emirati competencies that keep pace with the changing needs of the labor market, and adopt modern technology in the educational process.
