The Minister of Local Development participates in a meeting with deputies on the two draft laws of renting places
& nbsp; Today, Monday, the Minister of Local Development, Dr. Manal Awad, participated in the joint meeting between the Housing and Public Facilities and Reconstruction Committee, and the office of the Local Development and Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee, in the House of Representatives; To discuss the draft laws submitted by the government; The first regarding the provisions related to the laws of renting places, and the second to amend some provisions of Law No. 4 of 1996 regarding the validity of the provisions of the civil law on the places that ended or expires or the contracts of lease, which are devoted to listening and discussing in principle. Chairman of the National Council for Human Rights, MP Ahmed Al -Sajini, Chairman of the Local Administration Committee in the House of Representatives, and a number of deputies and representatives of the relevant authorities and institutions. By inventory the lands that are suitable for the establishment of residential buildings and the organization of a protocol to cooperate with the Ministry of Housing and Utilities to take over the Social Housing Fund to benefit from those lands in establishing new housing projects that can be used when applying the law after discussing it.
& nbsp; About 82 % of the provinces that include large numbers of targeted those from the text of Article Five of a draft law on the provisions related to the laws of renting places.
& nbsp; All opinions, numbers and studies that are presented in listening sessions, whether from the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics or the National Center for Social and Criminal Research or the National Council for Human Rights and other institutions and bodies concerned with the country so that it is under the eyes of the House of Representatives during the discussion of the articles of the draft law.
