Jamila Al Qasimi: Electronic writing and artificial intelligence is one of the most prominent features of the current era

Sharjah, May 6 / WAM / Her Excellency Sheikha Jamila bint Muhammad Al Qasimi, President of Sharjah City for Human Services, Editor -in -Chief of “Al -Manal” magazine, stressed that electronic writing and artificial intelligence have become one of the most prominent features of the current era, stressing the importance of dealing with these technical tools with consciousness and responsibility to ensure the sustainability of human creativity and achieve the quality of life.

This came in the editorial of the 404 issue of “Al -Manal” electronic magazine, issued in May, and celebrates the entry of its thirty -ninth year since its inception as a leading media platform concerned with issues of persons with disabilities and society.

Her Excellency explained that the rapid technological developments impose great challenges and qualitative opportunities, which require a review of the methods of thinking and production, and developing skills to keep pace with the accelerated transformations, noting that artificial intelligence is no longer a future concept, but rather has become part of the daily reality that affects the way of work, writing and thinking.

The editor -in -chief of the magazine emphasized that electronic writing contributed to facilitating access to knowledge, editing ideas, speeding up the publishing process, while artificial intelligence provided wide capabilities to analyze data, provide creative solutions, and enhance performance efficiency in various fields.

Her Excellency pointed out the necessity of conscious dealing with these tools, in light of the legal and moral challenges that have been presented, especially those related to the rights of composition and intellectual property, stressing the importance of developing systems and legislation to protect creativity in light of artificial intelligence.

She said: “These technologies cannot be considered merely auxiliary tools, but rather a real partner in the development process, and we must deal with them in a way that balances innovation and preserving human values.”
