Abu Dhabi, May 9/ WAM/ The Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality, Customs and Ports Security won the Customer Cooperation Council service award award in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, in the category of “Best Digital App”, and the category “The Best Strategy for the Experience of Dealers” organized by “Awards International”, based in England, where the Authority received the award during the award ceremony that was organized at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dubai.

His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al -Khaili, Director General of the Authority, stressed that the award embodies the authority’s success in implementing its strategy, which focuses on strengthening the relationship with dealers by enhancing the performance of identity, nationality, customs, and outlet security services, and its commitment to providing advanced solutions and improving pre -emptive and digital services for customers efficiently and effectively.

His Excellency pointed to the authority’s keenness to enhance the experience of customers and meet their aspirations to obtain easy, fast and safe services from anywhere, by simplifying the procedures, whisting the bureaucracy and completing the data electronically, and involving the dealers in completing an innovative and creative design for services to make customers happy and enable them to carry out an easy, enjoyable and fast customer trip, contributes to achieving the targets of declaring the principles of the Emirates government, For future services for caring for people first, as well as achieving leadership for the UAE globally in government services indicators.
