My joy doubled after I saw the joy in my mother’s eyes

The brilliant Al -Ahly youth goalkeeper, Hamad Al -Maqbali, went up to the stands of Mohammed bin Zayed stadium, after the end of the Cup final match yesterday, to celebrate with his mother – who came to the match stadium to follow the Sharjah match with its children – with the most expensive cups.

Al-Ahly youth defeated Sharjah 2-1 and crowned the 11th title in the history of its participation in the President’s Cup.

Hamad Al -Maqbali said, in press statements: “I dedicate this title to my mother, who I owe her credit for what I achieved this season with Al -Ahly’s youth, as she always supports me and calls me before every match, and my joy has multiplied after I watched the joy in her eyes.”

He added: “We have achieved an important title with a difficult season in which we were the best in all championships, with the testimony of everyone. I think that our fans who crawled behind us deserve that joy that you will return to Dubai.”

He continued: «I am happy that I won four titles with Al -Ahly youth in the first appearance of this season, and this drives me to make more effort to maintain what I presented this season and in the coming seasons.
