The foundation stone laid "Aya Beach Front Residences " In Umm Al Quwain
Umm Al -Quwain on May 12 / WAM / Today, the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain was laid the foundation stone for the “Aya Beach Front Residence” project, which was launched by Diyar in cooperation with Umm Al Quwain Real Estate Company.
The foundation stone was laid in the presence of Sheikh Majid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, head of the Department of Tourism and Antiquities in Umm Al Quwain, Sheikh Abdullah bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, head of the Finance Department and Sheikh Saqr bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, head of the Smart Government Department and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Diyar Umm Al Quwain Water Fruit, Saeed Mohammed Al -Qatami, CEO of Diyar Company and a member of the Board of Directors Al -Qioun Water Front.
The project comes within the framework of Diyar’s vision to enhance its position as a leading real estate developer in the UAE, where construction work is scheduled to be completed in the last quarter of 2027.
The first phase of the “Aya Beach Front Residence” project includes 442 luxurious housing units, ranging from one bedroom to five bedrooms, designed in a style that reflects the beauty of nature and harmoniously with the coastal environment, with internal resorts inspired decorations.
The project includes a variety of housing units, including the units of Benthaus, Sky Villa and Duplex apartments on the ground floor, along with balconies with naval and other views on historical sites, which reflects a balance between modernity and heritage.
