For the first time, state commissioners triumph for the rights of prisoners and enhance the right to form a family in Egypt
The State Commissioners Authority issued in a qualitative precedent a legal report prepared by Counselor Hussein Atef Hussein Saber, under the supervision of Counselor Ahmed Barakat, Head of the First Circuit for Rights and Freedoms, confirming the right of a wife of prisoners in conducting an operation & ldquo; Microscopic injection & rdquo; Using a sample of her husband, who is imprisoned for 15 years, and the report came within the case No. 31230 of 79 BC, which was submitted by Mrs. A. P. P. M. Against the Ministry of Interior, the Assistant Minister of Interior for Human Rights Affairs, and the Director of the Community Protection Sector in Minya Governorate. Samples for microscopic injection operations, which confirms the Arab countries’ keenness to enhance family ties even under prison conditions.
