"Zayed Humanity Foundation" 3 sustainable social and rehabilitation projects are launched in Kazakhstan

Astana, May 19 / WAM / The Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works announced today the inauguration of three sustainable projects related to the sectors of rehabilitation of people with determination and the sports and social sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan, under the directives and supervision of the Zayed Humanitarian Foundation, the platform aimed at commemorating the legacy and giving that was established by the founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, “May God rest his soul.”
A delegation from the institution during a field visit to the city of Astana in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the presence of His Excellency Eric Merhanov, the deputy mayor of the city, laid the cornerstone of the project to establish a center for the rehabilitation of children with special needs on an area The rationalization of this important group around the world.
It is expected that the Foundation will sign a memorandum of understanding with representatives of the government of the Republic of Kazakh, according to which the Foundation is implemented by two social and athletes, namely the project of setting up a multi -purpose sports stadium and a children’s garden in the Akbastao area of ​​the Turkestan Governorate in Kazakhstan, and a similar project in the Perlik region in the same governorate.
The projects implemented by the Foundation in Kazakhstan touch the humanitarian needs of various segments of beneficiaries, headed by the segment of people of determination and the generation of youth and children in addition to other segments of the public and come from the standpoint of cooperation, embody and expansion of bilateral relations in the social, rehabilitation and sports fields, and within the framework of the humanitarian role that the Foundation plays in supporting development.
The Special Needs Rehabilitation Center aims to provide rehabilitation services for children with determination and children exposed to the risk of disabilities as a result of various factors, and facilitating their access to services and facilities, which contributes to supporting efforts to enhance their integration and enable them to engage in a positive and effective way in their societal environment, and to undertake influential and tangible roles in society.
As for sports stadiums, it is scheduled that the area of ​​one stadium is 750 square meters and is designed for the fact that it is multi -purpose to be easier to be used by various slices of children and youth. One stadium can be used in multiple types of sports in addition to hosting events and events.
The Foundation will guarantee the creation of the 400 square meters of children’s gardens for each park by providing all supplies of furniture and equipment, which contributes to the development of physical, mental and social capabilities for children.
His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Atiq Al -Falahi, Director General of the Zayed Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works, stressed the importance of these sustainable projects that are consistent with the vision of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, “may God rest his soul”, in supporting the development of societies all over the world, and building a better future for all, especially those with determination, segments of children, youth and families and meeting their needs and requirements.
Al -Falahi added that, under the direction of the “Zayed Humanitarian Foundation”, the “Zayed Humanitarian Foundation” continues its roles to serve man in priority sectors, and adopted the vision of directing efforts towards achieving sustainable development for individuals and societies all over the world.
