Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Mohsen Al -Fadhli that the Arab region witnessed an escalating environmental movement that reflects its commitment With environmental issues , noting that this movement led by the Kingdom resulted in the launch of qualitative initiatives, foremost of which is the Green Middle East initiative that aims to enhance regional cooperation in combating land deterioration, protecting vegetation, achieving food security, and adapting climate change.
