I cried when I was injured after a quarter of an hour after my invitation to the national team

Al -Ahly Youth player, Saeed Suleiman, expressed his happiness with his first league title with Al -Ahly youth team, which was crowned a few days ago with the ADNOC Professional League for the ninth time in its history, while the season ended with the team’s four titles out of the six that were available.

Saeed Suleiman missed the team in the second round of the league championship, due to his suffering in the cruciate ligament, following the strong injury he suffered in the Ajman match, last February, and after that he came out of the match, and lost his dream of joining the national team after a large period of brilliance with “Dubai Knights”, and reserved a key place in the constellation of the stars, but the injury kept him away from the team’s matches and the national team.

Saeed Suleiman revealed that while he was leaving the Ajman match, because of his knowledge before the match, he cried that he would join the national team before the injury was removed from his dream.

Saeed Suleiman told «Emirates Today»: “My joy and happiness cannot be imagined, after I achieved my first league title with the team, a more than wonderful feeling.

And about his crying while he was injured in the Ajman match, which coincided with his call to join the team, he added: “For the honesty is one of the most difficult moments that I have passed, to be brilliant and a call comes to you that you will be with the team in the next camp, then you get in the first quarter of an hour of the match immediately after the call is difficult, but God’s destiny and what he wanted, and all the players and the technical staff stood with me and helped me, and God willing, I will return to the team. Next ».

As for his upcoming ambition with Al -Ahly youth, he said: “Every player comes to Al -Ahly youth looking for tournaments, crowning and winning. Thank God we have achieved four championships, and we now start comfort before the return of the next season to search for new challenges.”

On the role of coach Paulo Souza with him after suffering an injury, he said: “The coach was made by the stardom of Saeed Suleiman and gave him the opportunity, and after the injury, his words were very wonderful for me, and he was the one who affected me the injury, and he said to me: This is football and it must be accepted, and indeed the surgery was performed, and the return will be close, God willing.”

Saeed Suleiman began his career with the Al -Ahly youth team in 2018, and moved to Hatta in 2020, before returning to Al -Ahly youth, then he was loaned in 2021 to Ajman, and played with the orange two seasons, then returned again to Al -Ahly youth in 2023, and reserved his place in the basic formation.
