The Emirates team performs the first training session under the leadership of coach Cosmin

Today, Tuesday, the first football team performed its first training session at the Zabeel Stadium in Al -Wasl Club in Dubai, led by the new Romanian coach, Cosmin, in preparation for its next match against Uzbekistan on the fifth of next June in the ninth round in the third round of the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

The coach, Cosmin, has chosen 27 players for the next two matches for the national team in these qualifiers against both Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, as this training is the first official appearance of coach Cosmin with the team after the Football Association recently contracted with him from Sharjah Club to succeed the former Portuguese coach Paulo Pinto.

The Football Association wrote on its official page via the “X” platform: “The first training of Al -Abyad in Zabeel Stadium.”
