He arrived in Makkah, the first group of the pilgrims of Palestine, who numbered about 550 pilgrims, in preparation for the performance of the Hajj rituals for this year.

The pilgrims were received in field service centers (206), (207) and (208), where the water of Zamzam, Dates, Coffee, Fruits and Roses were provided to them within reception programs aimed at providing a welcome atmosphere with the beginning of their faith journey.

The reception event was attended by a number of officials in the authority supervising the organization of services, as it was emphasized that this season will witness the provision of services for more than 6600 Palestinian pilgrims, as part of continuous efforts to improve the experience of the guests of Rahman.

A number of officials explained that there are special programs and initiatives launched this year, aimed at improving the quality of services, and providing an appropriate environment for the performance of the rituals, within the framework of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision that takes care of facilitating Hajj and upgrading its services.

The organizers of the organization pointed to their readiness to receive large numbers of pilgrims from all over the world, stressing that the programs that were prepared for this season include specialized field services and qualitative initiatives applied for the first time, with the aim of facilitating procedures and enhancing the positive impact on the experience of pilgrims, especially non -Arabic speakers.

This comes within a comprehensive plan that relies on developing field work mechanisms and providing logistical services, in order to achieve the smoothness of the organization and the quality of the service provided to the guests of Rahman.
