A crisis in Brazil’s contract with Ancelotti … and “FIFA” interferes

FIFA asked its Brazilian counterpart to clarifications regarding the latter’s use of a broker who does not hold an agent license in the contracting process with Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti to supervise the samba team, according to a document published by local media.
The Brazilian Federation reported Thursday that it will deal with the situation “internally”.
On Monday, the Italian coach officially assumed the position of world champions coach to supervise them until the World Cup 2026.

According to a letter from FIFA on May 28 and published by many Brazilian media, the International Federation asks its Brazilian counterpart to clarify the role of Diego Fernandh “mediator without a license” as an agent, that is, the conditions imposed by “FIFA” in football transfers in the world of football.

At the time of these negotiations, Ancelotti was still coach of Real Madrid and has a contract with him until 2026.

FIFA considers that Diego Fernandh’s participation in the negotiations “may constitute a violation of” football agents, and the Brazilian Federation “FIFA” orders the Brazilian Federation to provide any receipts for the payments provided to this mediator, and copy any messages with him regarding negotiations.

For its part, the Brazilian Federation said that “the conditions for negotiations include secret items, and the previous administration has set” the union, headed by Edino Rodrigish, who was sacked on May 15 by a judicial ruling a few days after the announcement of the appointment of Ancelotti. “

“The contract signed by Diego Fernandh with the Brazilian Football Association to appoint the Brazil coach is completely compatible with the Brazilian Football Association and FIFA standards.”
