The future of a homeland: The decision of the occupation to establish new settlements in the West Bank is a violation of all international covenants
Dr. Karim Makadi, leader of the Future National Party, stressed that the aggressive decision issued by the Israeli occupation authorities regarding the approval of the establishment of 22 new settlements in the occupied West Bank, represents a dangerous escalation and a violation of all international covenants. Until the end of this conflict, and that the establishment of an independent Palestinian state is the cornerstone of any fair settlement, noting that the Egyptian state emphasized that supporting the rights of the Palestinian people to establish an independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital is a fixed principle that cannot be waived. The occupation authorities must retract this dangerous decision, and work to protect the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people in establishing an independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
