"Dubai Judicial" And the French National School of Judiciary cooperates in the field of training

Dubai, June 3 / WAM / The Dubai Judicial Institute signed a memorandum of understanding with the French National School of Judiciary, to consolidate bonds of bilateral cooperation in the field of judicial training, and to develop common visions regarding the mechanisms of developing the capabilities of members of the judiciary, and the paths of confronting contemporary legal challenges.
The memorandum was signed at the institute’s headquarters in the presence of His Excellency Judge Dr. Ibtisam Ali Al -Badawi, Director General of the Dubai Judicial Institute, Judge Hafeez Bolkras, Deputy Director of the French National School for the Judiciary, and Judge Philip Solomon of the Cultural Attaché at the French Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
The Memorandum of Understanding represents an integrated agreement that defines the mechanisms of joint coordination in the various areas of judicial training, and the exchange of best legal practices, in line with the institute’s mission in preparing and qualifying judicial cadres, and compatible with his strategic vision in establishing his position as a pioneer in judicial training that supports legal excellence and global competitiveness.
Through the memorandum of understanding concluded, the two parties seek to move forward in enhancing cooperation in developing curricula and academic programs, exchanging experiences and organizing joint events, in response to training needs, and in support of development targets.
