The Minister of Health meets with his Saudi counterpart to check on the health of Egyptian pilgrims

Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population held a meeting with Dr. Fahd bin Abdul Rahman Al -Jaljel, Saudi Minister of Health, to check on the health status of Egyptian pilgrims, within his visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

& lrm; The two ministers toured the Jabal Al -Rahma Hospital in the Holy Al -Mashair area, which included reassurance about the health of one of the Egyptian pilgrims detained to receive treatment, then Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar went to the residence of Egyptian pilgrims in Jabal Al -Rahma area, where the medical procedures in the camps are inspected in coordination with the Saudi health authorities. & Nbsp; & lrm; Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar thanked and appreciated the health authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the preventive, emergency and medical procedures he touched by highly efficient and discipline, which guarantees the safety and health of the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God. Until the pilgrimage mission clinics provided to the Egyptian pilgrims 35 thousand and 820 medical services, since the beginning of the Hajj season, including 32 thousand and 878 services, provided by the mission clinics in Makkah Al -Mukarramah, and 2942 services in Medina, and 358 conditions were transferred to Saudi hospitals, including 100 cases that were seized for treatment, 93 cases came out after their improvement, while 26 medical interventions were performed, along with 14 surgical operations. Coordination was also made to conduct 5 dialysis sessions, and another for chemotherapy without recording any complications.
He said & laquo; The medical mission teams continued to organize daily awareness seminars, numbering 1491 health seminars, attended by more than 58 thousand and 667 pilgrims, due to their awareness of preventive measures and how to maintain their health throughout the period of the rituals. & lrm; The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population affirms the continuation of coordination with the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to ensure the provision of the best medical services to Egyptian pilgrims, with its wishes & nbsp; For all pilgrims in safety and return to the homeland safely.
