Paying entitlements of heirs to authorities and courts from the insurance fund for judicial bodies
Karim Abdel -Baqi, head of the General Syndicate of Public Prosecutors and Courts, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Special Insurance Fund for workers in judicial bodies and assisting bodies, said that the Board of Directors of the Fund of Workers in Judicial Authorities has agreed to disburse a new batch of the heirs of workers from various courts and prosecutions, provided that the exchange process starts from next Thursday, June 26 2025. The importance of accelerating the pace of exchange for cases, especially since the amount provided to the members is tantamount to protecting the procedure of social protection in light of the high burdens of living after the employee’s exit to the pension, which prompted us to increase the exchange feature to become two and a half months for each year a subscription calculated on the basic of 2015, and maximizing that feature so that the amount due to the member is commensurate with inflation rates, so the primary goal of the work of the fund.
