"Trends" Participates in the 7 Arab Gulf Dialogue Forum in Berlin

Berlin on June 25/ WAM/ The Trends Center for Research and Consulting participated in the work of the seventh forum for the Arab Gulf Gulf Dialogue on Security and Cooperation, organized by the Conrad Adenaur Foundation in cooperation with the German Arab Friendship Association in the German capital Berlin.
“Trends” represented in the forum the main researcher Mohamed Al -Dhahouri, Director of the Advanced Policy Department, and researcher Issa Al -Mannai, who specializes in artificial intelligence, as part of two main sessions discussing regional and international security issues and prospects for cooperation between the Gulf states and Germany.
Mohamed Al -Dhahouri touched on a session titled “Building a Sustainable Future for Gulf Gulf Security Relations” and participated in which His Highness Prince Turki Al -Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chairman of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies and Philip Denstir, the regional director of the Gulf state program at the Conrad Adenaur Foundation, and Saad Al -Tami, President of the Diwan Organization to the reality of the current international system
He touched on the importance of relations between Germany and the Arab Gulf states in the light of the historical and economic ties that bring together the two sides, and presented a number of proposals to strengthen these relations in the future, including investing in advanced technology such as artificial intelligence, establishing initiatives to ensure the sustainability of projects and their ability to implement and noted the Gulf -American partnership, and the Gulf states’ keenness to avoid conflicts in the region
In the second session, the researcher Issa Al -Mannai dealt with the issue of the importance of artificial intelligence in the modern era, stressing his growing role in strengthening international relations and supporting the efforts of research centers.
He called for the need to invest in developing artificial intelligence and its use to enhance regional and international security, noting that artificial intelligence has become an essential element in supporting international relations and partnerships.
On the sidelines of the forum, the Trends delegation met a number of prominent personalities, including His Highness Prince Turki Al -Faisal and Dr. Auto Ferhee, President of the German Arab Friendship Association, Luigi de Mayo, the Special Representative of the European Union for the Gulf Region, Bourne Hinrichs, Executive Director of the German Arab Friendship Association, and Urce Unkov, Adviser of the Virtual Office of the Trends Office for Research and Consulting in Germany and the Federal Administrative Director of the Federal Association for Economic Development and Foreign Trade, Philip Denstir, Regional Director of the Gulf States Program at the Conrad Adenaur Foundation, Dr. Mustafa Adib, Ambassador of the Republic of Lebanon The Foreign Ministry, Saad Al -Tami, head of the Diwan Organization, and Abdullah Al -Mulla, the content and media maker.
The meetings dealt with the topics raised in the dialogue sessions, in addition to ways to enhance the role of scientific research in supporting stability, and exploring the opportunities for joint cooperation between research centers and related institutions in the Gulf states, Germany and the European Union.
