The Central Workers’ Secretariat with a party & quot; the future of the homeland & quot, headed by Rabeh Asal, concluded the first training program entitled & quot; the election campaigns management & quot; within the framework of the secretariat’s plan to raise the efficiency of organizational cadres and qualify them to participate actively in the upcoming electoral entitlements, at the headquarters of the Central Secretariat of the party in Cairo Al -Jadida. Effective with the public, the methods of successful leadership, and decision -making mechanisms at decisive times, the importance of adaptation, planning and vision of the leader, in addition to emphasizing the principles of transparency, accountability and competitiveness as essential elements of the success of any institution or electoral campaign.
