Dr. Mohamed Esmat, head of the Egyptian Pharmacists Club, a member of the Executive Office of the Arab Pharmacists Union, said that in light of the comprehensive development movement in Egypt, led by President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, Egypt’s Vision 2030 comes as a strategic framework that reflects the state’s aspirations towards a more progressive and prosperous future, based on the principles of justice, efficiency, and sustainability, indicating that the health sector is one of the essential pillars of this vision, for what he has, for this vision. Enhancing good use of the drug, in a manner that reduces waste and improves therapeutic results, and participates in health awareness programs, in a way that is reflected in prevention and reducing the pathological burden, and supervising drug supply chains and ensuring the availability of medicines with quality and safety, which is consistent with the environmental and economic dimension of sustainable development. Egypt 2030 aims to reduce dependence on import and maximize local manufacturing, and here the leadership role of pharmacists in pharmaceutical development and drug development (R& AMP) highlights in support of technology localization and promotion of pharmaceutical security, factories management and production lines, especially in the areas of packaging, development, quality control, and participation in pharmaceutical pricing strategies in a way that balances the sustainability of industry and right The patient. Egypt is strongly supported by all its national strategies. The Egyptian pharmacist is not just a health practitioner, but a national partner in the development process, and a real pillar in achieving the vision of Egypt 2030, and from this standpoint, the continuous support of the state to enable pharmacists and integrate them into national plans is an investment in human, health, and economy.
