Mohammed bin Zayed and the Prime Minister of Armenia discuss cooperation relations between the two countries

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, received today, Nicole Bashinyan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, who is on a work visit to the state.

His Highness the President of the State – during the meeting that took place at the Beach Palace in Abu Dhabi – welcomed His Excellency the Prime Minister and the accompanying delegation … wishing Armenia and its friendly people the permanence of goodness and prosperity.

His Highness and the Prime Minister of Armenia discussed the paths of bilateral cooperation between the two countries and ways to enhance them in various fields, especially economic, investment and development, in a way that serves their mutual interests, and achieves progress and prosperity for their people.

The two sides also exchanged views on a number of issues and issues of common concern … and His Highness the President of the State in this context expressed the support of the UAE every effort aimed at consolidating the foundations of stability and security and achieving development and prosperity for the peoples of the Caucasus region, based on the country’s authentic approach to everything that enhances security and peace at the regional and global levels through dialogue and diplomatic means.

His Highness the President of the State affirmed the UAE’s keenness to continue joint work with Armenia, which contributes to achieving more progress and prosperity for the two countries, and the aspirations of their people towards sustainable development.

For his part, the Prime Minister of Armenia expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his continuous support for cooperation relations between the two countries and to improve them in a way that achieves their common interests, stressing his keenness to strengthen these relations in all fields.
