Chelsea crowns the club of the 2025 Club World Cup
New Jersey, July 13 / WAM / Chelsea was crowned the FIFA World Cup in its new edition with the participation of 32 teams, which was hosted by the United States of America, after beating Paris Saint -Germain with three clean in the final match that was held today at the “Metlive” stadium in New Jersey.
Chelsea settled the meeting in its first half, after Cole Palmer scored two goals in the 22nd and 30th minutes, before Joao Pedro added the third goal in the 43rd minute.
Despite the attempts of the two teams in the second half, the result did not change, for Chelsea to achieve the second title in its history of the Club World Cup, after its first crowning in the 18th edition of the tournament in its previous system, which was hosted by the Emirati capital Abu Dhabi in February 2022.
