The President of the State honors the institutions that have a “quality sign for a supportive work environment for parents”

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, stressed that the UAE attaches great importance to supporting the stability and cohesion of the family, as it is the cornerstone of building society, pointing to its pivotal role in instilling national and human values and raising conscious generations, adhering to its identity and principles, and is able to contribute the active to the comprehensive development process witnessed by the state.

This came during the honor of His Highness the institutions that obtained a “quality sign for a supportive work environment for parents” within the third session of the program launched by the Abu Dhabi Early Children’s Authority, as well as receiving the jury members and a number of employees of the authority.

His Highness the President of the State congratulated the winning institutions – during the meeting that took place at the Palace of the Sea in Abu Dhabi – stressing the importance of promoting institutional awareness on the need to provide a supportive work environment for parents as part of the positive institutional culture, and in a way that achieves a balance between the responsibilities of education and the requirements of professional life, and parents can play their role in education and family care and at the same time achieving their job and professional aspirations.

His Highness was briefed on a detailed explanation about the program and its distinguished positive results during the current session … expressing his appreciation for the level of the increasing response that the program received by the institutions and the targeted entities.
