Abu Dhabi, July 19 / WAM / His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Voluntary duty association, stressed that the “Day of the Federation”, which falls on the eighteenth of July, represents an eternal national station that embodies the depth of cohesion and loyalty to men who made the glory of the Emirates, led by the founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and his brothers, the rulers of the Emirates, ”
His Excellency said that this historic day opens before us the windows of pride and pride, as it witnessed the signing of the union document and the constitution of the state, and formed the cornerstone of the founding process that culminated in the establishment of the UAE on December 2, 1971.
He added that this national occasion enhances the values of belonging and loyalty, and commemorates the honorable positions through which the founders laid the pillars of a modern and united state, based on the values, principles and clear vision of a bright future, stressing the importance of consolidating this day in the awareness of generations, as a fourth national occasion that exits the union, and deepens a sense of responsibility towards the country and its wise leadership.
