Barcelona is close to the inclusion of Rashford on loan with the right to purchase

Barcelona continues its movements in the summer transfer market, as press reports revealed that the club is close to contracting English striker Marcus Rashford, Manchester United player, on loan with the purchase option.

According to the newspaper “The Athletic”, Barcelona made an official offer to include Rashford on the loan system, with the possibility of contracting him permanently after the end of the loan period, in light of the ongoing negotiations between the two clubs to put the final touches on the deal. The newspaper reported that Rashford expressed on more than one occasion his desire to wear the Barcelona shirt, which facilitates the agreement.

The British Press Agency, BA Media, reported that the 27 -year -old is currently training separately from his teammates in Manchester United, amid estimates indicating his approach to the club where he grew up, and scored 138 goals in 426 official games.

Barcelona’s sports director, Portuguese Deco, expressed his admiration for Manchester United striker, praising his offensive capabilities during statements to Radio Catalonia 1, after Rashford lost the number 10 shirt in favor of the newcomer Matius Konia.

On the other hand, Manchester United continues to strengthen its ranks this summer, after the Brazilian striker Konia and the left -back Diego Leon, and his approach to contracting with Cameroonian Brian Mbumo from Brentford for 65 million pounds, in addition to 6 million incentives.
